1. What is your minimum order quantity ?
For wholesale area, if shoes are in stock , the MOQ is only 1 pair. If no stock , usually need 10-50 pairs per color we can make for you . The details please check at the products information.
If shoes not at wholesale area, please contact with our sales for the details information.
2. Is all of the shoes styles on the website? How can I get your newest styles?
Not all the shoes styles on the website.
If you need E-catalogue or price list, Welcome to contact us via Email or MSN.
We are sorry to say that usually the newest styles are only for old customers. Only After first cooperation, we will send our photos for newest styles every month to you.
3. What about the Payment?
If the clients buy stock, all orders must be pre-paid before shipping through the ways of Bank transfer (T/T), West Union, Money gram etc.
If the clients place order, 30% deposit first . Once we finish the order, before shipping, pay the balance 70%.

4.How to order?
When you confirm the price list, you can send us an order list, including style No, quantity, size. After we received your order list, we will check our store and revise quantity according your order list (so we can deliver as soon as possible after we received your remittance) then send you the PI (proforma invoice) with delivery cost to you.
We will hold the order in one week, so please remit in the valid time and inform us ASAP.
5.What is the Delievery Time for the order? What is the delivery time for the shipping?
For the wholesale order, if the material of the shoes in stock, the delivery time is around 10days. If the material of the shoes no stock, the delivery time need around 20 days.
For container order, usally the delivery time for the whole order need 30-40 days. The details must contact with us .
If the order send by the express or by air, the delivery time of the shipping is around 3-5days.
The courier companies we often use are FEDEX, UPS, EMS, TNT, etc
If the order send by sea, the delivery time of the shipping must according the clients place.
6. Do you accept OEM or ODM?
